Originally, I was drawn to Qigong because of what it gave me personally. It grounded me, steadied my breath, and gave me inner strength during a time when I needed something reliable. I did not begin with the intention to teach; I began because I was searching for balance. During my training, my biggest shift was in how I relate to myself. I have always been disciplined, but also hard on myself. I learned to replace pressure with respect and curiosity, realizing that growth often comes from pausing and allowing rather than striving.

This shifted my understanding of mental health. I used to think it meant staying strong. Now I see it as allowing myself to be human. Health, for me now, means noticing when I need rest instead of productivity, connection instead of isolation and softness instead of control.

Over time, what started as something for my own stability became something I wanted to share. My reason for teaching is simply to remind people that they do not need to become someone else to feel whole. Teaching feels less like a role and more like a continuation of my own practice - it keeps me honest. I feel most called to teach people who carry a lot quietly - capable, responsible adults who appear strong on the outside but feel tired or disconnected within. I recognise that rhythm. What they often need is not advice, but someone who listens without pressure.

My intention as a Qigong teacher is simple: to offer a space where people can turn inward without fear of stillness. I value teaching online because this kind of connection is not limited to a room.
